Following his passion Chef Julian Grajales created Chef Segreto to assist friends in preparing delicious meals and creating menus that are deemed fine dining and home-style at the same time. With over 20 years of fine dining and culinary experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Chef Julian has masterfully refined and developed cooking into an art. His mission is to educate your palate and simplify your life in the kitchen while creating gourmet style meals that are outstanding in taste and presentation. Working in luxury hotels and well respected kitchens has been more than an experience, it has been fundamental to the education of this talented chef. With a resume that boasts opulent hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and Four Seasons Hotels, Chef Julian has been challenged by the most particular chefs and patrons. Specializing in Mediterranean and Floribbean style dishes, Chef Julian spices things up by adding a hint of Latin flavor.
